In a nutshell, we are the UK's largest judicial services company and pioneers in clean air technology, offering services that support local and central government, utilities, and private sectors through the delivery of market leading integrated technology-enabled solutions from design and implementation to management and recovery.

Due to continued growth we are looking to substantially expand our team of self-employed Enforcement Agents across the country - in order to do this, we will need to successfully engage with, recruit and onboard a significant number of staff.

Through new means of advertising, we have received a very high response rate and these candidates need to be contacted as soon as possible to ensure they remain engaged.

What you will be doing:

* Using our system, Adminds, to review and respond to candidates who have registered an interest in working for us* Attempting to contact by phone all candidates within 2 hours of application, following up with an email where necessary within 24 hours* Effectively screening each candidate, running through the basic criteria for the role, and ensuring they have a full and comprehensive understanding of the role and its responsibilities* Sending candidate profiles to the relevant Divisional Directors for review and interview* Updating trackers internally to effectively monitor progress and successes/development opportunities* Ensuring Adminds is updated consistently and all candidates are moved through the recruitment stages accordingly
