Recruiter Central London£70,000 - £80,000Are you an experienced Recruiter with a background in Investment Banking or Financial Services? We are looking for a driven and proactive Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts across our London and Frankfurt offices, joining ASAP on a 12 month FTC. Based in London, you will be part of a collaborative recruitment team headquartered in the US, working closely with key stakeholders to attract top talent in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals, partnering with Senior Business Leaders and HR colleagues to develop tailored hiring strategies, ensuring you attract the best talent in both markets.What You’ll Do:
  1. Drive recruitment across London & Frankfurt, working closely with Hiring Managers and global HR teams
  2. Source, engage, and attract high-calibre professionals within Investment Banking / Financial Services
  3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding
  4. Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
  5. Work collaboratively with the US-based recruitment team to align global hiring initiatives
  6. Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and recruitment best practices

  2. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different regions
  3. A self-starter with the ability to work independently while being part of a global team
