About the Role:

We are seeking a Recruitment & HR Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Care vacancies, ensuring compliance and providing essential HR administrative support. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, fully remote, with occasional travel for team meetings and company events.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Work with Hiring Managers to create and finalise job descriptions and adverts
  • Manage the job approval process, including board-level authorisation
  • Post vacancies on company website, job boards, and social media
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to source potential candidates
  • Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through the recruitment cycle
  • Shortlist applications and conduct telephone screenings
  • Arrange interviews and update candidates throughout the process
  • Make job offers and ensure compliance with GDPR in document handling
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing to uphold our employer brand

Onboarding:

  • Prepare and distribute contracts and offer letters
  • Coordinate new starter paperwork and induction plans
  • Liaise with candidates before their start date
  • Organise equipment and referral payments where applicable

Compliance:

  • Manage and audit employee qualifications
  • Conduct file audits to minimise risks and close compliance gaps

Key Background:

  • Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Administrative or coordination experience
  • Highly organised with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail
  • Strong telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to assess candidate suitability throughout the hiring process
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent
  • Generalist HR experience (ideal)
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (ideal)
