Frazer Jones are delighted to be working with a well-respected global law firm who are well known for their outstanding employee experience and supportive culture.

We are helping them in their search for an enthusiastic Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing Advisor to join them on a permanent basis supporting the Reward Manager looking after all of the UK Benefits offering and driving forward their Wellbeing and DE&I initiatives.

You will also offer support across the wider Reward function, including with the annual salary reviews and benchmarking and broader HR Analytics, so this is a interesting and varied role - but with Benefits & Wellbeing at its heart.

Duties will include;

  • Working closely with the Benefits Manager to maintain the quality of their core benefits
  • Administration and process improvement of the automation of benefits enrolment
  • Supporting the annual benefit renewal from start to finish
  • Take ownership for the management of the Benefit portal, including annual enrolment window and month end processes
  • Supporting the wider Reward team, such as data analytics and ad hoc project support
  • Main point of contact for general benefits queries
  • Supporting with Compensation benchmarking
  • Processing large, complex datasets
  • General HR Analytics

Ideal candidates will have at least two years' experience in a Reward and Benefits role, and while having a strong background and understanding of UK benefits is key, you will also need advanced Excel and some experience working with Reward (Compensation).
