Prestigious Global law firm client is seeking to hire a Reward Specialist on a Permanent basis. The Reward Specialist will report into the Head of Compensation & Benefits and work alongside the Benefits Specialist.

  • Up to £45,000 experience dependent
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
  • 9:30am – 5:30pm

Reward Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Collation and submission of data for our London and international offices into external salary surveys. 
  • Conduct analysis and benchmarking of salary survey data
  • With the Head of Compensation & Benefits, project manage the annual global remuneration review process.
  • Administer our UK regulatory reporting.
  • Work with the Benefits team to ensure that our reward strategies are appropriate.
  • Assist Head of Compensation & Benefits and CPO to prepare budgets.

Reward Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience withing a benefits or rewards role within a law firm.
  • Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson survey methodology would be an advantage.
  • Experience in utilising compensation systems and incentive schemes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Project and people management skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
