Description

A Senior HR Advisor to:

  • Provide HR advice and support to the management team.
  • Develop new and review existing HR policies and, procedures, and update where necessary.
  • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new starters as well as exit interviews.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture development.
  • Support on employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution. This can include sickness absence, grievances or disciplinaries.
  • Coach and advise managers, supporting with HR queries.
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.

Profile

A Senior HR Advisor with:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the financial services industry.
  • A solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Ability to strategize and implement HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
