- HR Business Partnering: Be a trusted advisor to managers, providing first-line HR guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee-related matters. Escalate key issues to the HR Business Partner as required.
- HR Administration and Compliance: Partner with internal HR teams to ensure seamless completion of all employee lifecycle transactions. Manage the end-to-end process for employee leaves and prepare HR documentation as required. Regularly review internal processes and documents to ensure compliance (e.g., inductions, org charts).
- HR Data & Reporting: Generating and analysing HR reports including headcount, attrition and diversity metrics.
