Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm to secure them a Senior HR Systems and People Analytics Manager. This is a growth role to support the continued development of their HR function to drive business performance. You'll lead the way to develop their HR Tech and enhance what they are doing from a data and insights perspective. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader, who is a visionary and driven to define, shape and implement effective HRIS, HR data and people analytics practices. You will drive technological innovation in HR to ensure their activities align with business objectives while enhancing operational efficiency. You will oversee major HRIS projects, including the implementation of a new tools and workflow solutions. If you are passionate about transforming HR through technology, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact. The role will include team management with 2 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HRIS and people analytics strategies aligned with organisational goals and HR needs.
  • Manage and improve HR systems for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Lead the rollout and integration of key HRIS projects, including operational and people analytics tools, and workflow solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance through diligent maintenance and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate HRIS with other organisational systems.
  • Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Regularly present reports and findings to senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within the HRIS ecosystem to enhance capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection standards and manage sensitive information responsibly.
  • Support the HR team in building data literacy and analytical skills.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and provide leadership and guidance to direct reports.

You should have significant experience in people analytics and managing cloud-based HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors. A strong background in data-driven decision-making and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and metrics is essential. You'll bring a hands-on, collaborative leadership style, having previously managed teams and led successful technology-driven HR projects. Proficiency in data analytics tools like PowerBI and advanced database skills are key, along with a track record of designing and delivering insightful reports. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A solid understanding of data protection regulations and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality is critical. You should come with team management experience.

The role will offer a competitive salary between £75-100k plus bonus.
