What’s on offer to you as a Senior Recruiter with Just Mortgages?
- On target earnings of over £40k per year (uncapped)
- £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- A chance to build on your career as a senior recruiter!
- Home based with some requirement to travel to sales meetings and similar events.
Key responsibilities as a Senior Recruiter with Just Mortgages:
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, who will be either considering their first venture into becoming Self-Employed or are existing well-established Advisors, delivering bespoke solutions.
- Identifying suitable candidates by way of indirect and direct approaches.
- Devising and launching recruitment campaigns using various recruitment methods and platforms.
- Maintaining our internal systems and tracking progress to company standards.
- Using LinkedIn recruiter and other job boards - to map candidates.
- Reporting on outcomes and results to the senior management team.
Key Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- To be able to demonstrate a strong history of building candidate relationships.
- As a senior recruiter you will be ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding services.
- Right to work in the UK (evidence will be required).
Candidates with a background in financial services recruitment would be highly advantageous.
