Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a  Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading Financial Services business and be a key part of their TA Strategy Team.
About the Role:As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the Head of TA, DE&I, and Employer Brand to define and execute the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy. You will be partnering with corporate functions, including Finance, Risk, Legal, and Commercial, playing a pivotal role in building a diverse and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for your designated business areas.
- Drive inclusive recruitment practices, collaborating with the wider TA Delivery team to create representative talent pipelines.
- Support local workforce planning and critical skills pipeline development.
- Manage senior hiring (LT-1) within your business areas through direct sourcing and effective agency partnerships.
- Partner with the TA Delivery team to ensure insights are translated into actionable plans, enabling strategic planning and prioritisation.
- Build strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders across your business units.
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced executive recruiter with a background in either RPO or in-house recruitment. Financial Services experience is essential. Additionally, you will have:
- Proven expertise in workforce planning and aligning business strategies to talent acquisition activities.
- A strong understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) objectives and how to embed them into recruitment practices.
- The ability to build credible relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
