Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit Organisation based in East London who are recruiting for Temporary HR Officer for initially 1-2 months. This is to support a busy transitional period for the HR Team and organisation as a whole.
This role is hybrid so working from home is offered, but travel into the office will be expected too.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation using IRIS Cascade.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management system.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Generalist HR Officer or similar role.
- IRIS Cascade: Hands-on experience using IRIS Cascade for HR administration and record-keeping.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
