Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in the HR Workstream of their ERP replacement programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a specific business area throughout the design, build, and test phases, ensuring that the HR and Payroll software delivers to business requirements and remains aligned with the ERP system.
