Renewals Account Manager
3 days office based, City London
£35k base + £10k comms
Our client are currently looking for a renewals person to join their team. They are an IT services and solutions company.
The role:
Management of support & maintenance renewals throughout the sales process focusing on one of the following outcomes:
- Renewal
- Consolidate contracts for bundled co-termination
- Upsell to a Support Plus contract
- Adding Disk Retention to all renewal quotes
- Ownership of the renewals contract base
- Engagement with Vendors and Internal Teams to obtain pricing support for the renewal quotes
- Accuracy in all renewal records within the CRM system
- Raising quotes, creating contracts and booking orders for renewal opportunities
Ideal knowledge:
- Understanding of products and services
- Good knowledge of internal CRM systems
- Understanding of the sales process, forecasting and closing business
If you have worked for an IT reseller, channel IT company or in a renewals role, this would be a great background for this role.
