Renewals Account Manager

3 days office based, City London

£35k base + £10k comms

Our client are currently looking for a renewals person to join their team. They are an IT services and solutions company.

The role:

Management of support & maintenance renewals throughout the sales process focusing on one of the following outcomes:

  • Renewal
  • Consolidate contracts for bundled co-termination
  • Upsell to a Support Plus contract
  • Adding Disk Retention to all renewal quotes
  • Ownership of the renewals contract base
  • Engagement with Vendors and Internal Teams to obtain pricing support for the renewal quotes
  • Accuracy in all renewal records within the CRM system
  • Raising quotes, creating contracts and booking orders for renewal opportunities

Ideal knowledge:

  • Understanding of products and services
  • Good knowledge of internal CRM systems
  • Understanding of the sales process, forecasting and closing business
