My client provides Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to their clients. Their London office is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our expanding team. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, hybrid work environment that emphasises growth, flexibility, and innovation.

The Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with their London-based clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their technology investments and supporting them with their Cloud and Infrastructure needs. This role offers the opportunity to work with a majority of their London client base, providing both on-site and remote account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of London-based clients, managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s technology needs, goals, and challenges, and ensure our solutions are aligned.
  • Provide expert advice on Cloud and Infrastructure services, troubleshooting and technical guidance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical support and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
  • Regularly report on client status, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' account management experience within an MSP environment.
  • Proven track record managing accounts with a focus on Cloud and Infrastructure services.
  • Strong technical foundation with a genuine passion for customer service and client success.
  • Ability to translate technical details into client-friendly solutions and value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
