These clients stay because our dedication and understanding of the communities we work in allow them to deliver an unmatched service around the world.Your new roleYour new permanent job working as a Technical Account Manager will be responsible for handling International Casualty risk. The objective of this role is to oversee the delivery of an efficient and enhanced end-to-end operations service to both their Clients and Brokers/Account Executives. Duties will include managing operational risk, overseeing day-to-day operations of all Binders, Schemes, and facilities within the business and delivering effective technical training. Duties will also include serving as the primary point of referral for enquiries, assisting in the preparation of key placement documentation, initiate and overseeing the processing function, supporting the processing technicians. Further duties include being responsible for policy wording and all other technical documents, producing documentation, use of Atlas and DCOM.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Technical Account Manager handling International Casualty risk, will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have a comprehensive understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes with class-specific technical knowledge. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues/challenges simultaneously. A desire to learn new tasks and new lines of business and a proactive and assertive role within the team and across the business. You will be computer-literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have the ability to embrace change and embed new processes as required by leadership.What you'll get in returnYou'll be offered a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience). You will be home based in a designated office in London with the expectation of going into the office when required by the manager.
