IT Business Analyst / Project Manager 4 Days Per Week Home-Based, Up to 1 Day Per Week in London £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

In this role, you will be supporting the IT Delivery Manager and engaging in a variety of IT and digital projects focused on insurance applications. You will play an essential part in a friendly team that's making a difference.
Here's what you'll do:
- Manage a range of small IT and digital projects, ensuring each one meets its goals- Collaborate closely with third-party suppliers to build strong, productive relationships- Provide support to business stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenge- Gather and document business and technical requirements with compassion and clarity- Develop and manage project documentation and plans that guide the team effectively- Monitor and report on risks, issues, costs, and benefits, keeping everyone informed- Prioritize features and resources thoughtfully to align with the product roadmap
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar role (Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Business Analyst) where your expertise can shine- A technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) that you can communicate clearly- Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, project management tools, and bug tracking software.- familiarity with Jira would be a great bonus- A track record of managing projects in IT, web-based systems, and applications- Insight into the responsibilities of a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering- Strong written and verbal communication skills that foster collaboration- Ability in project management approaches, principles, and practices- Experience working with cross-functional teams, bringing people together towards common goals- Ability to create clear and concise business system documentation- Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
