Business Analyst - CMDB Experience - Hybrid Working - Outside IR35
Our client, a global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst with CMDB (Configuration Management Database implementation experience to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis. This role would be Outside IR35.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst for the implementation and running of a CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Requirements:
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst within CMDB projects including implementation experience
- Has worked through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through to User acceptance testing and launch
- Proficient in detailing and producing key analysis artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and process flows
- Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams in global markets
- Delivery focused with a proactive approach to analysis and can work with minimal supervision
- Be able to deliver high quality business analysis and meet deadlines within a dynamic and agile environment
- Insurance experience beneficial but not essential
