Magento Business Analyst - London - Hybrid working - to £50k pa
We are seeking a Magento Business Analyst with experience in Agile/Scrum environments to join our Clients dynamic team - a vibrant Design Agency based in Central London. You will play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Magento and other leading eCommerce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to define business requirements and user stories in an Agile/Scrum setting.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce platforms, particularly Magento and other online retail solutions.
- Use Postman to test and validate API endpoints, ensuring smooth data flow and system communication.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous delivery.
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to optimise system performance and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding of Magento and other eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SOAP, REST, and GraphQL APIs, with hands-on experience using Postman would be beneficial.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear documentation and user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools (preferred).
Hybrid role - 2 days in the Central London office.
