Key Skills Required as CRM Business Analyst:
- Strong background in business process analysis and CRM systems.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process improvement.
- Ability to analyse complex processes and translate business needs into system solutions.

Contract Details:
- Position: Permanent
- Salary: £45,000 - TBC
- Location: Home-based, ideally UK
