Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements from a range of stakeholders

Translate insights into functional specifications, user stories, and documentation

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and "before & after" visuals to improve UX
-
Lead workshops and Agile refinement sessions to ensure alignment

Act as a liaison between product, tech, and QA teams

Support project delivery across the product lifecycle

Produce clear, user-focused documentation and release notes
What You’ll Need

Experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital environments

Practical UX knowledge and experience with design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch)

Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and best practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have

Experience with financial systems, especially in commodities or CTRM

Understanding of software development workflows and version control tools
