Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from a range of stakeholders

• Translate insights into functional specifications, user stories, and documentation

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and "before & after" visuals to improve UX

• Lead workshops and Agile refinement sessions to ensure alignment

• Act as a liaison between product, tech, and QA teams

• Support project delivery across the product lifecycle

• Produce clear, user-focused documentation and release notes

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital environments

• Practical UX knowledge and experience with design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch)

• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and best practices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial systems, especially in commodities or CTRM

• Understanding of software development workflows and version control tools
