Chinese speaking Business Process Analyst - IT Business Analyst
The role will be hybrid between being onsite and working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.
- Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, developing tailored specifications.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of requirements.
- Participate in and manage business-driven IT development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Write business/functional requirement specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent Chinese speaker
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, workflow analysis.
- Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management.
- Work experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with operational processes is preferred.
- Process management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
