Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 HR Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (HR) and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their requirements, configuring solutions within D365 HR, and ensuring seamless system implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations within D365 HR.

  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and IT teams to implement HR business solutions.

  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.

  • Configure modules within Dynamics 365 HR to align with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.

  • Provide end-user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Assist in data migration, system integrations, and testing efforts.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices within the D365 HR ecosystem.

  • Support post-implementation activities, including user support and system optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources as a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance within D365 HR.

  • Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integrations.

  • Ability to analyze complex HR business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SQL, and other reporting tools is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HR system implementations and upgrades.

  • Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
