Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 HR Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (HR) and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their requirements, configuring solutions within D365 HR, and ensuring seamless system implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations within D365 HR.

Work closely with developers, project managers, and IT teams to implement HR business solutions.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.

Configure modules within Dynamics 365 HR to align with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.

Provide end-user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

Assist in data migration, system integrations, and testing efforts.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices within the D365 HR ecosystem.

Support post-implementation activities, including user support and system optimization.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance within D365 HR.

Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integrations.

Ability to analyze complex HR business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SQL, and other reporting tools is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in HR system implementations and upgrades.

Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
