ERP Business Analyst/Product Owner

Hybrid (Aldershot/London) | Competitive Salary

My client, a market-leading organisation embarking on an exciting ERP transformation, is looking for two ERP Business Analysts/Product Owners to join their IT/Technology team. These roles are pivotal in supporting a major ERP implementation project and driving ongoing system evolution.

Netsuite experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align ERP functionality with business objectives.
  • Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and lead sprints as part of Agile teams.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimise ERP system performance post-implementation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP business analysis or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with full ERP lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
  • Proven stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B distribution and e-commerce is a plus.
