Perfect, because my client in London is looking for four BAs like you to join their team on a 6-month contract.You'll be right in the thick of a massive Practice Management System (PMS) and Finance ERP transformation project. We're talking about taking complex systems and making them sing - think migrating from older PMS systems to something shiny and new. If you've got experience with GL (General Ledger), O2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), or P2P (Procure to Pay), you're already speaking our language.Here's the lowdown:What you'll be doing: Basically, you'll be the bridge between the business folks and the tech wizards. You'll be digging deep to understand what the business needs, then translating that into solutions that actually work.Think workshops, brainstorming sessions, and lots of collaboration. You'll be working with everyone from senior leaders to the tech team, making sure everyone's on the same page.You'll also be helping with testing, making sure everything runs smoothly, and even helping train people on the new system.Leading small teams of analysts and SME's.What we're looking for: You've got solid Business Analyst experience, especially in finance systems.You've worked on similar PMS/Finance ERP transformation projects before. We don't care what system, as long as you get the functionality.Experience in the legal sector or similar professional services? That's a huge plus!Experience in one of the following GL, O2C, R2R or P2P.You're a people person. You can chat with anyone, explain complex stuff in plain English, and build strong relationships.You're a problem-solver.
