Macmillan Davies are supporting a not for profit organisation in their search for an permanent and experienced HR Information Analyst.

Role HR information Analyst

Salary up to £45,000 plus benefits

Location - Stratford , East London

Working pattern - Hybrid, 2 days on site, 3 WFH

Working within our HR Systems Team, you will be key to building and maintaining a suite of reports and self-service dashboards for HR and the wider business. Timely, accessible and accurate data is essential to creating insights and analytics which support strategic decision making - you will advocate for this!

Working primarily with Business Objects and iTrent's management information, the HR Information Analyst will be able to produce accurate, timely key performance measures and ad hoc reporting with the ability to provide support during projects or process improvement.

To be successful

You will be an established HR Analyst (NOT AN ANALYST) with some experience with POWERBI

HR Data Analytics and exposure with POWERBI

Systems experience with using iTrent

Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience

Possess strong analytical thinking to be able to interpret and analyse data, question and articulate

Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal

Eligible to live and work in the UK
