**Role Overview** In this position, you will support the IT Delivery Manager on a portfolio of IT and digital projects that can evolve and enhance services to their customers. Your role is crucial as you engage in important business analysis tasks, including gathering and analyzing requirements, while working closely with our valued outsourced software development partners.

**Key Responsibilities** - Conduct business analysis that helps guide IT and Digital projects. - Create and refine essential requirement documents, mock-ups, and wireframes to bring ideas to life. - Collaborate thoughtfully with third-party suppliers to ensure the best outcomes. - Support stakeholders by understanding and addressing their needs. - Gather and document both business and technical requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.

**Ideal Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate will have: - Previous experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role. - A good understanding of the software development lifecycle that you can share with others. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with team members and stakeholders. - A proven track record in business and requirements analysis, demonstrating your ability to find solutions. - Experience working with cross-functional teams that foster collaboration. - Proficiency in creating business system documentation.- Strong business acumen and the ability to prioritise competing work streams sensitively.

**Additional Desirable Qualifications:** - Experience in a UK insurance company that can provide valuable insights. - A relevant degree to complement your experience. - A business or requirements analysis qualification that underpins your expertise.
