Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to act as the bridge between Business and Technology, driving change-related activities and ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technology requirements.
  • Configure SaaS products to meet business needs and support software testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Conduct data migration and cleansing to support business operations.
  • Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are well-documented and fully signed off by stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the design of integrated solutions, including process maps, technical guides, and testing strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to ensure product solutions meet expectations.
  • Prioritise and analyse business requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Support the testing of solutions and change deployments ahead of release.
  • Schedule features into product releases and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Serve as a role model for organisational values and contribute to a positive working environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2/3 years' experience as a Business Analyst within a technology change environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within high-performing teams or independently.
  • Familiarity with various change methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
  • Experience in process mapping and data analysis.
  • Ideally hold a relevant Business Analysis qualification (e.g. BCS Diploma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of requirements gathering and classification frameworks
  • Demonstrated commitment, motivation, and dedication to achieving successful outcomes.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and deliver tasks within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

This will predominately be based from home but the client does have an office in Central London and on average 1-2 times a month the Tech team get together for Workshops
