About the Role
Robert Half have partnered with a leading real estate firm based in the city of London who are seeking a proactive and adaptable Business Analyst. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with a focus on optimising operations through ERP, CRM, and finance platforms. To be considered for the opportunity you must of had some experience in a SME real estate organisation.
This will be a day rate contract and you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across property management, sales, lettings, and finance.
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with technology vendors and internal teams to implement and optimise ERP, CRM, and financial systems.
- Support the integration of new platforms with existing systems, ensuring data integrity and process alignment.
- Perform gap analyses and impact assessments to inform business decisions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure system effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and deliver training sessions to end-users.
- Serve as a point of contact between business units and IT for troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a small to medium-sized real estate firm.
- Strong understanding of real estate business processes including property sales, lettings, asset management, and finance.
- Significant experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and financial/accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and producing functional specifications.
