I am lucky enough to be working with a leading Professional Services firm in central London who due to continued growth are looking to hire an IT Business Partner on a permanent basis, the role is hybrid with 3 days compulsory in central London.

I am searching for an IT Business Partner to play a key role in crafting my client’s technology landscape.

In this multifaceted hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with both the Group IT and Business teams to ensure technology solutions support my clients’ strategic goals.

Specification:

• Serves as the vital link between the Business Systems team and various business units, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Engages in discussions with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
• Collaborates with end users and managers to map out processes and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
• Actively contributes to project meetings, ensuring transparency on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Takes ownership of business systems projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Works with cross-functional teams to efficiently integrate Business Systems into ongoing initiatives.
• Oversees the full lifecycle of Business Systems projects, from initiation to completion and transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU).
• Generates detailed monthly reports to track progress, key milestones, potential risks, and upcoming activities for active projects.
• Presents project updates during team meetings, clearly outlining progress and next steps.
• Assists with internal audit reviews and User Access Reviews (UARs) when necessary.
• Demonstrates proven experience in taking ownership of project tasks and driving them to successful completion.
• Has a proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships and communicating across complementary teams.
• Possesses familiarity with policy administration systems or similar insurance software technologies (preferred but not essential).
• Has experience within the London Insurance Market (helpful).
• Demonstrates strong IT skills, with the ability to apply technology in a business context.
