Seeking a Process Mapping Specialist Initial 12 Month contract and the position will be based in London and require weekly visits to site in London.The Process Mapping Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and streamlining key business processes.This position will focus on mapping current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, and creating a foundation for the transformation toward a fully integrated, efficient, and standardised operational model.Skills and requirements:
- Strong Process Mapping background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple process mapping initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with IT systems related to process automation and ERP systems.
- Change management experience is a plus.
