Remote Working Business Analyst (Pensions) Required

Our London based client seeks a qualified Business Analyst who has experience working within the Pensions sector.

Min of 5 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst

Role Requirements:

  • Significant proven experience in business analysis to drive systems development
  • Project management experience
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate business requirements to effective technical delivery and vice versa
  • Ability to 'push back’ and challenge the demands of the business
  • Ability to work effectively for the business and IT to propose solutions
  • Ability to carry out a project from proposal to implementation
  • A working knowledge of Agile and ability to write user stories
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities preferred
  • Experience with CRM implementation is preferable
  • Experience of working in the Pensions industry preferably within a product team, or in a regulated environment
