Remote Working Business Analyst (Pensions) Required
Our London based client seeks a qualified Business Analyst who has experience working within the Pensions sector.
Min of 5 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Role Requirements:
- Significant proven experience in business analysis to drive systems development
- Project management experience
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate business requirements to effective technical delivery and vice versa
- Ability to 'push back’ and challenge the demands of the business
- Ability to work effectively for the business and IT to propose solutions
- Ability to carry out a project from proposal to implementation
- A working knowledge of Agile and ability to write user stories
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities preferred
- Experience with CRM implementation is preferable
- Experience of working in the Pensions industry preferably within a product team, or in a regulated environment
