This role focuses on Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, HRSS, Learning Management, and Compensation & Benefits Management. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a cross-functional Agile product team, designing, developing, and enhancing software to improve user experience. The role involves writing and maintaining secure, high-quality code, adopting a test-driven approach, and ensuring software is structured for easy reuse. There will also be opportunities to modernise system integrations as the organisation advances its Cloud transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM modules.

  • Identify system improvements and provide innovative solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle and application design.
  • Expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS R12), PL/SQL, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with ITIL support processes, including release management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Advantageous skills include hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow, AME, UMX, OAF, ADF, BI Publisher, REST Web Services, ISG, and Oracle Forms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and tools such as JIRA is beneficial.
