Role – IT Business Analyst aka Solutions Analyst, BA / QA Analyst, Product Owner

Location – Richmond, Surrey / SW London – 2 days office – 36 hrs

Salary – c. 40K + 11% Pension + Bonus + 25 days rising to 29 + lots of Freebees and Discounts (salary review 1st April)

Skilled in requirements gathering, testing, and delivering IT projects.

The Role:

Collaborate with teams to analyse processes, systems, and data for digital and tech solutions.
Lead workshops, build Proofs of Concept, and create product backlogs.
Map ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes, perform gap analysis, and design test cases.
Support in testing and resolving business application issues.
