Working on a multi year project within the engineering function, evolving their architecture in the Financial Crime compliance team, as part of the global transformation program.The role sits within Financial Crime Engineering. You will architect and design for e2e/ workstream level tech & engineering deliverables within a complex, large-scale and/or high-risk Financial Crime workstreams that involve multiple senior internal/ external stakeholders!What you'll need to succeed
- You have experience as an Architect within Financial Crime!
- Strong experience with architecture patterns and flows within financial crime pillars (Sanctions, ABC, Fraud, Transaction monitoring etc).
- Experience in architecture, design and delivery for Cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-prem platforms including integration to key services.
- Fantastic communication skillset / stakeholder management skills (director level and above)!
- Expertise with designing and building data solutions and/or case management platforms.
- Excellent understanding of data/ data concepts for capturing and reporting data.
- Experience with supporting delivery teams, blending technical (development/ architecture) and behaviour (stakeholder/ communication) skills.
- Strong experience with reviewing detailed designs, supporting code reviews and other artefacts from development, testing and release management teams, to provide recommendations and best practices!
