Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Technology Innovation Management team within the Office of the COO. This department plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring the Technology department delivers high value across both EMEA and internationally.

This role supports the Technology COO in managing the daily operations of the Technology department, promoting initiatives that enhance efficiency, and driving a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will work closely with senior technology leaders to oversee departmental projects, implement AI initiatives, and champion employee engagement efforts, including programs like Women in Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technology department operations and support strategic projects
• Serve as a central communication point, building clear strategies for promoting key technology initiatives
• Drive departmental innovation, including cost-saving projects and AI initiatives
• Lead and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement and CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiatives
• Build strong relationships across departments, promoting a collaborative environment

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a large organisation, preferably in technology or finance
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience in leading employee engagement programs
• Familiarity with technology operations and an understanding of core banking functions
• Proficiency in data storytelling, able to present complex information in a clear, structured format
• Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
