Business Analyst - Workday Finance | Permanent | Up to £70k | London - Hybrid

Oliver James are engaged to support one of our leading clients in their search for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of corporate solutions across HR, Finance, and other head office functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Workday Finance and a background in process improvements and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and document business requirements for new solutions and system enhancements.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend efficiency initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Work closely with IT teams (security, risk, infrastructure, and architecture) to ensure solutions follow best practices.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of changes, ensuring smooth transitions to BAU.
  • Support testing activities, including reviewing quality assurance plans and test scripts.
  • Manage workload independently, balancing business analysis and project responsibilities.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience delivering Workday FINs ERP modules (Workday HR experience is a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments (BPMN, Visio, JIRA, DevOps).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.

This will be a hybrid role in London, UK. Please only apply if you are able to travel on-site on a weekly basis. Please note sponsorship is not available for this position.
