Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique homecare business that delivers a variety of care and nursing services. This well established and quality focused organisation is seeking a Customer Relations/Business Development Assistant to work within an established and unique specialist homecare provider in the Chelsea area.
The Customer Relations Assistant in Chelsea will:
- Be the organisations first point of contact for all enquiries and helping customers find the right care for their needs.
- Liaise between the care and business development team to ensure all leads are developed into effective and deliverable care packages.
The Customer Relations Assistant will:
- Have 1 years’ experience in a sales support environment and within a care provider.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills to work across a variety of activities and business objectives.
- Be comfortable in a consultative sales setting and utilising the organisations resources to produce the best outcomes for clients.
- Have experience in a clinical or care setting and an understanding of these environments though not essential.
