- Field based role covering South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex
- £50,000 - £75,000 Including Commission + £600 per month Car Allowance or Hybrid vehicle

My client is a well renowned, market-leading construction supplies company, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development/Key Account Manager to join a growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding market share and fostering strong partnerships with both new and existing clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving Sales & Growth - Identify new market opportunities, develop strategies, and exceed targets. Meeting 3-4 clients per day within electrical wholesale and end user contractors within the M+E and construction industry
- Building Strong Relationships - Maintain and grow partnerships with key customers.
- Expert Consulting - Act as a subject matter expert on our industry-leading products.
- Market Analysis & Strategy - Keep up to date with industry trends and translate insights into action.
- Collaborating with Teams - Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize impact.
- Using Data to Win - Leverage CRM and sales reports to optimise performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a region.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of construction, electrical distribution, building materials, manufacturing or distribution required. This is a product-based sale focused on price, quality and delivery of product, right first time.
- Tech-savvy, with CRM expertise and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
