My client is a PropTech company looking to expand their Business Development Management team to grow the business.

Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage with Estate Agents in your patch
- Conduct outreach campaigns, mainly through cold calling (with emails and LI messages to support)
- Convert self-generated leads to demos
- Carry out demos and convert to customers
- Onboard customers ensuring theyre set up and utilising the platform
Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture relationships with your existing clients
- Act as a key point of contact for your clients with any queries they have
- Work with the internal team to refine clients' services
Reporting
- Track and report KPIs to the Senior Leadership Team when required to ensure targets and performance are met
Requirements
- Experienced in either UK Real Estate or PropTech (ideal)
- Not afraid of prospecting, pitching and closing deals (essential)
Package
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic
- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
- *Secret bonus I will divulge on pre-screen call*
- Remote-first company
- Periodic socials and company meet ups
- Tech provided
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- 25 days plus bank holidays
