Senior Business Development Manager Managed Network & IT Services

Central London (Aldwych) hybrid remote role working from home 3 days per week.

£60-70K basic with double OTE, and excellent benefits package including a guaranteed bonus structure for first six months.

To be successful in this role:

You will be a confident and senior Business Development Manager, with a proven track record in telecoms sales, ideally from companies like Vodafone, COLT, or similar. Other requirements for this role include:

Strong experience in selling Managed Network and IT Services, including fibre, RF, UC, and cybersecurity solutions

Deep knowledge of the London telecoms market and key industry players

Ability to prospect and generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and relationship building

Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales

Self-starter with a structured and methodical sales approach (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, TAS, or SNAP methodologies)

Strong negotiation skills with experience selling at C-suite level

A stable career history no job hoppers

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job role and responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling Managed Network and IT Services, with a strong focus on fibre and RF connectivity solutions. This is a predominantly new business role targeting London-based businesses, particularly those in pre-connected buildings, short-term lease offices, and multi-site enterprises. Additional responsibilities for this role include:

Drive new business sales within pre-connected buildings and off-net opportunities in key UK cities, primarily London

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline by proactively generating leads through networking, outbound sales, and direct client engagement

Promote the company's unique RF connectivity solutions, which enable businesses to get connected within 7-10 days, ideal for companies relocating on short notice

Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various industries

Work closely with SDRs to ensure effective prospecting and engagement of potential clients

Collaborate with account management to ensure seamless handovers and long-term customer satisfaction

Achieve an annual target of £650K in revenue

Provide detailed sales forecasts and pipeline management reports

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
