We have an amazing opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer, to join an award-winning organisation, voted one of the UK’s top 25 IT companies to work for in the UK and also a Microsoft Solutions Partner. Our client is looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer, ideally with experience of working for a Managed Service Provider, to join their expanding service desk team.Â
Responsibilities:
- Resolving 1st line technical issues on a busy service desk
- Delivering high standard of customer care
- Escalating problems where appropriate
Essential Experience:
- MS Server 2008 – 2016
- Exchange/Active Directory Management/0365
- Windows 7, 8, 10
- Apple OS and Apple Mac Support
- MS Office Suite
- Backup Technologies
- Laptop/Desktop and thin client support
