We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a brilliant team onsite in London.
This is an opportunity to sharpen your helpdesk skills, you'll have hands-on involvement in our transition to a fully cloud-based infrastructure. You'll work closely with the IT Manager to strengthen our cyber security posture and, where appropriate, contribute to shaping our organisational IT policies.

Description
- Provide Technical support to staff members
- Assist with Infrastructure Projects
- Computer Setup, maintenance and updates
- Monitor anti-virus and intrusion activities across all servers and devices
- Closely monitor server performances across all services and servers and ensure business continuity
- Maintain IT related inventory of computers, mobile phones, software licenses, network equipment, printer, meeting room equipment etc
- Support Office 365/ bespoke applications, 365 administration of Users and Groups
- Assist with documentation of IT Policies
Profile
- a strong foundation in IT support and specific technical skills
- experience working with Windows operating systems and standard desktop applications
- experience administering Active Directory and M365 tenants
- familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Server (2003-2019)
- strong networking skills (DNS, routing, switching)
- practical experience in a small IT team environment
