We’re seeking an experienced 2nd Line Engineer or a 1st Line Engineer ready to step up into a more challenging role. If you have a passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities-
Resolve technical issues for clients, ensuring minimal downtime.

Provide high-quality support across Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and more.

Manage and prioritise tickets effectively in line with SLAs.

Investigate and diagnose incidents, offering solutions and escalating where necessary.

Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Work both remotely and onsite at client locations when required.

2-3 years in IT support (1st/2nd line), preferably in an MSP environment.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2016-2022) and Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Apple OS, and backup technologies (e.g., DATTO, Acronis).

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service desk operations.

SC-900 - Microsoft Security Fundamentals

Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
