  • Delivering top-notch IT support to all staff, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems.

Profile

2nd line SupportAnalyst - London - FTC

A successful 2nd line Support Analyst should have:

  • A degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Experience providing face to face IT support.
  • Experience supporting MS based Hardware, Laptops, AV units, Azure AD, Networks, and Teams.
  • Solid knowledge of MS IT systems, applications and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
  • An enthusiasm for technology and a desire to keep up to date with industry trends.
  • A proactive approach, able to anticipate potential IT issues and resolve them swiftly.
