Our client is urgently looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team based in London on a permanent basis.

You will provide both face-to-face and remote support to users at 1st and 2nd line level, as well as supporting a laptop refresh and BAU Support.

• Professional services background
• 3-5 years’ experience
• ServiceNow
• Joiners/movers/leavers
• Laptop builds and onboarding (SCCM)
• O365
• Triaging desktop issues
