About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer focused Second Line Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line support to employees via phone, email, or in person for IT-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT personnel when necessary.
- Assist with software installations, upgrades, and patch management, including Microsoft Office and antivirus software.
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions in Active Directory, Office 365, and other relevant systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Be willing to develop skills and obtain the required Microsoft certifications as part of professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate certification
- Microsoft Administrator Expert certification
Required Skills & Experience

At least 4 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Ability to support both Mac and Windows environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer service-oriented approach to IT support
