They are looking for a proven 2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer. As 2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer you will be an integral part of our dynamic Service Delivery Team, at the forefront of delivering the highest levels of service in face-to-face and remote IT support to their clients.

The 2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer will come from a MSP background and have outstanding client / customer service skills. You will have a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, O365, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Networking, WAN, Wireless, Router, Switches.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established 2nd line MSP Engineer to join an established, recognised and growing MSP where you can grow your technical skill set and career. This role will mov e to a hybrid role after the probation period where uyou will be able to work x2 days at home and x3 days in the office/client sites.
