ADMS S6 Customer Support EngineerLondon, UK (Hybrid)Up to £50,000 + benefits Our client, is seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to provide expert support for GE ADMS applications, including SCADA, DMS, OMS, and related systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, customer engagement, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical issue resolution and collaborate with internal teams and customers to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentor-ship in troubleshooting methods.
  • Manage support cases from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Analyse technical issues across interfaces, network connectivity, data visualisation, and system integration.
  • Participate in on-call support and occasional travel to customer sites.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with GE ADMS products (PoF, PoA, DMS, DNAF, OMS, Storm Assist, DER).
  • Proficiency with SCADA, modeling tools, and UI systems.
  • Understanding of transmission and distribution grid operations.
  • Strong background in Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, Cassandra, Jasper Reports.
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, switches).
  • Familiarity with NERC CIP standards and remote monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
