Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, administration and support of the core applications in use at our client. Their central focus is to ensure the applications we use remain accessible, up-to-date and continue to add value to the business.
Application Support Specialist/Application Support Analyst
Principal Activities:
* Taking the day-to-day support responsibility for both in-house and third party
applications. To install, configure, maintain, update and support these
applications. Ensuring Change management and deployment is followed at all times.
* Act as an immediate source of reference and support for the Service Desk and Technical
Support teams, sharing knowledge and promoting collaboration where possible. During busy
periods, bolstering the existing Service Desk team by providing additional telephone
support.
* Author and maintain application, process and user documentation, enabling knowledge
sharing amongst IT teams and the wider business. Assist in conducting training sessions to
develop the skills of team members and help colleagues fully benefit from the applications
they use.

* Experience of supporting enterprise application within a large organisation
* 2 years of technical knowledge of AX 2012
* Hands on experience in Dynamics 365 - F&O
* Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems
* Microsoft Server Administration
* Microsoft SQL Server
* Microsoft Administration Suite - Azure / 365 and Exchange Admin
* Microsoft Office 2013/2016 and Office 365 application suites
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales
* Microsoft Dynamics O365
* Citrix application configuration and troubleshooting
* ServiceNow
* Qualifications - ITIL V4.0 foundation preferable
