Application Support Analyst - Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Salary: £50-55,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (with occasional out-of-hours support)

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst with expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and application deployment to join our client, a global Law Firm.

This is a third-line backend role with additional responsibilities in application management, endpoint deployment, and scripting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Intune, application deployment, and cloud-based environments such as O365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of application deployments, upgrades, and licensing, while ensuring a seamless end-user experience across the business.

What We’re Looking For

-3rd Line Support Experience - Proven experience in backend infrastructure, application support, and deployment.-Intune & SCCM Expertise - Hands-on experience managing Intune/MEM, application deployments, and M365 security policies.-Cloud & Security Knowledge - Exposure to Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.-Technical Scripting Skills - Basic PowerShell scripting experience for automation and troubleshooting.-Business Communication - Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, manage software upgrades, and lead application deployment projects.-Professional Services Background (Desirable) - Experience working in law firms, financial services, or corporate IT teams is a plus.
